“He’d spent so much time focusing on his family and hiding
behind them, he hadn’t thought about himself, hadn’t made plans for the rest of
his life.”
Dylan is a family man. He’s quiet and reserved, laid back
and gentle.
You can pretty much sum up this book in the same manor.
Add in
a very strong overall message of family, trust, openness, and acceptance.. and there you have it.
This book had an easygoing feel to it. It wasn’t an in your
face, hot as hell, two powerhouses going at it.
Wait.. let me rephrase…
there was definitely some hot as hell and going
at it,
but the overall feel is sweet, tender and loving.
These men lived completely different lives, yet clicked so
well.
I enjoyed the way they came together. There was something
about them that just called to the other.
It wasn’t rushed. The timing was just right.
“It’s just hard to go back to adequate once you’ve had
spectacular.”
There’s one instance that I thought “What? Wait a minute, is
this really about to happen? No, no no!” And then it didn’t and I was happy and
they were happy and it was hot! <--- vague much? Read it!
“Only you.”
